Harrington recently acquired the former Lincoln Mill with plans to invest $50 million to transform the complex across from City Hall into a luxury hotel and loft-style apartments and condominiums. That decision opened the door for Tim Harrington, a Kennebunkport developer, and his Atlantic Holdings LLC. A tipping point came in 2012, when the city shut down the trash-to-energy plant. We walked into a lobby so filled w/other angry people having waited 2+ hours that a few just threw up their hands and walked out. So we left, ran a few errands and came back. It’s having to have waited 2 hours when we were told it would be 45 minutes. Not for their pizza, the pizza is decent. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would.
