Your paid time off is used to not get points for being sick or having an emergency. Everything is "at-will", so you have zero job security. Not much time for a life outside of Nectar. You are on your feet from the time you walk in the door until you leave. The job itself is fun, but the politics and GM make you hate your job. It is very political and gossip and lies run rampant. Most of the leads are 20 year old lackeys who would never be in management at any other company. ![]() Upper management are friends of the owner so they aren't going anywhere. Management is the worst I have ever seen. Serving up super delicious vegan breakfast and lunch eats, along with their own house-roasted coffee, fresh juices and smoothies, there's always something to love.
